Application fields of GABEK®
As GABEK® applications are concerned with both every day and expert knowledge, the method is used for widely different purposes. By including the opinions of those affected, conflicts are resolved, possible cooperation between business partners established, products evaluated, and safety factors assessed. GABEK® is also used in market and customer satisfaction research. For purposes of organizational and staff development, Customer Relations Management and evaluation projects are standard applications. GABEK® aids the development of mental models of communities and projects for urban and regional development. Innovation research, quality management, and intercultural management are also preferred applications of GABEK®.
